From a local architect, the Villa du Cap combines the charm of French West Indies and the comfort of a modern house.
The Villa du Cap has 5 beautiful bedrooms and welcomes easily 10 adults and 2 babys :
- A Master Room, with air-conditioning, a large Queen Size bed, a dressing, a small room for luggages and a private bathroom. Direct access to the terrace and swimming pool with fantastic sea view.
- A second bedroom, with air-conditioning and a large Queen size bed. Sea view.
- A third bedroom, with air-conditioning and two simple beds (90x190). Garden view.
- A large bathroom will be shared between bedrooms 2 & 3.
- A fourth bedroom, with air-conditioning, a Queen size bed and a private bathroom. Garden view.
- A fifth bedroom, with air-conditioning, a Queen size bed and a private bathroom. Garden view. Sea view.
- A mezzanine can receive to children with its truntle beds.
- A large living room, with a direct view on the terrace and its swimming-pool. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dining area and a big table. On a corner, cosy sofas are available to enjoy watching TV.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron.
