COVID-19 INFORMATION

If you are unable to travel to Guadeloupe or Martinique due to government decisions to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we offer you a free postponement of your stay.

The amount of the new trip must be equal to the amount already paid. If there is a price delta linked to the period of the new trip, the traveller must then pay it.

We understand that this exceptional situation worries you and we will find solutions together so that you can book your stay with complete peace of mind.

 

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT

In case of cancellation, a penalty will be charged :

30 days before the date of entry, 10% of the total amount of the rental.

from 30 to 7 days before, 50%.

less than 7 days before, 100%.

There will be no refund if the client, voluntarily cancels the services before the end of his stay.

CHANGES ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY

If, in the event of force majeure or any other cause not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior quality at no extra charge to either party.
